Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media & YouTube Marketing Executive to own SMG's presence across social platforms and grow our YouTube channel from the ground up. You'll plan, shoot, edit, and publish content that builds brand awareness, drives leads, and positions SMG as the go-to voice in self-storage and moving in India. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who can think strategically and execute independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook,



aligned with brand and lead-generation goals.

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit YouTube content — explainers, customer stories, city storage guides, and behind-the-scenes SMG content — and manage a consistent upload calendar.

• Grow YouTube channel subscribers, watch time, and engagement through SEO-optimized titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.

• Build and manage a monthly content calendar spanning organic and paid social content.

• Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) tailored to platform-specific trends and formats.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to turn B2B client wins, testimonials, and case studies into shareable content.

• Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time, lead attribution) and iterate based on performance.

• Manage relationships with freelance videographers, editors, and influencers/creators as needed.
