We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Develop campaign strategies focused on leads and conversions
- Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns
- Analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics
- Test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Experience with Meta Pixel, tracking, and retargeting
- poster Design and Landing page design are value added
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver results
