Key Responsibilities: Connect with prospective learners and explain our programs. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and counselling. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
