Qualification
- MBA / MSW / MHRM / PGDM in Human Resources or Personnel Management
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Certification in HRMS, HR Analytics, AI Tools, or Business Intelligence will be an added advantage.

Experience

5–8 years of progressive experience in Corporate HR, preferably in a manufacturing organization, with hands-on exposure to HRMS implementation, HR operations, HR analytics, policy formulation, statutory compliance, and digital HR transformation initiatives.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Corporate HR will be responsible for strengthening corporate HR systems, policies, and governance while supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent will drive HRMS implementation, develop HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), leverage AI and Business Intelligence (BI)



tools for workforce analytics, and ensure statutory compliance and operational excellence across the organization.

This role requires a proactive HR skilled with strong analytical capabilities, technology orientation, and the ability to partner with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Digital Transformation
- Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and administration of the HRMS platform.
- Coordinate employee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance.
- Drive automation of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll integration, performance management, and employee self-service.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system effectiveness across all business locations.
- Coordinate with HRMS vendors and IT teams for system upgrades and continuous improvement.
