Role Description
The B2B Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves making outbound calls to businesses to introduce USH Recycler India Pvt Ltd’s e-waste recycling services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team. The B2B Caller will maintain and update customer databases,



follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients. Daily tasks include explaining service offerings, addressing basic client queries, sharing proposals or information as needed, and providing regular call and lead reports. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and consistent customer communication.
