George Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium UPVC Windows & Doors. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Field Sales Executive team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer visits, and follow-ups.
- Generate new business opportunities through builders, architects, dealers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Review sales performance and conduct weekly team meetings.
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with production, estimation,



and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor enquiry conversion and sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Manager role.
- Experience in UPVC Windows & Doors, Aluminium, Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Glass, or related industries is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Kerala.
