Position: Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive business growth through effective sourcing and management of channel partners, brokers, consultants, and other external business networks. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, building strong partner relationships, supporting site visits, and achieving assigned sourcing and business targets for SAA's real-estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, property brokers, consultants, and real- estate networks.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through channel partner and broker networks.
- Conduct regular meetings with brokers and channel partners to promote company projects and generate
- business.
- Coordinate and support site visits for prospective customers through sourcing channels.
- Identify, onboard, activate,
and manage recent channel partners and sourcing associates.
- Work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handling and conversion.
- Monitor sourcing performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and partner performance through CRM and regular reports.
- Analyze local real-estate market trends, competitor activities, and new sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management on sourcing activities and business pipeline.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related field will be an advantage.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, broker management, or business
- development.
- Strong network and understanding of the Indore real-estate market will be preferred.
