Role Description
The Sales Business Development Executive role at Mingrow™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Executive will conduct product demos, deliver presentations, and clearly communicate Mingrow™’s value proposition to prospective clients. Daily activities include managing accounts,



nurturing relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales metrics, providing market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that drive growth in assigned territories and segments.

Qualifications
- Strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business processes and SaaS or technology solutions, preferably in CRM, ERP, or business operations platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Account Management, client relationship building, and long-term customer retention.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within technology or software ind
