Role Description
The Mainframe Production Support Analyst is a full-time role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The analyst will monitor mainframe production environments, respond to incidents, troubleshoot system and batch job issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize business impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing job failures,



coordinating with development and infrastructure teams, performing root cause analysis, and documenting fixes and workarounds. The role also involves executing scheduled jobs, validating deployments, maintaining operational runbooks, and adhering to change management and incident management processes. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide regular status updates, and suggest process improvements to enhance stability, performance, and reliability of mainframe applications and services.
