Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales channels, digital storefronts, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, improving customer experience, optimizing website performance, and managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.

The candidate should have extensive experience in Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, along with expertise in digital merchandising, inventory management, pricing strategy, and performance analytics.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
- Drive online sales growth across the company website and third-party marketplaces.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop growth strategies.

Website & Shopify Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store.




- Oversee product catalogue management, collections, product uploads, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure website content, banners, landing pages, and product pages are updated regularly.
- Improve website usability, navigation, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with developers to implement website enhancements and current features.

Marketplace Management

Manage and optimize business operations across:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra (preferred)
- Ajio (preferred)
- Nykaa (if applicable)
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Instamart
- BigBasket
- Other relevant marketplaces
