Key Responsibilities
- Independently identify, approach, and build relationships with companies across sectors such as manufacturing, IT, BFSI, and services.
- Generate live project opportunities and internship positions for PGDM students.
- Present XIME Chennai’s live project model and institutional capabilities to corporate partners.
- Map student skills and programme domains to company requirements.
- Develop opportunities for live projects, internships, and potential PPOs.
- Maintain a structured database of corporate contacts, engagement history, project requirements, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Dean of Student Affairs and faculty to align projects with academic requirements and schedules.
- Track project progress, student-company engagement, internship conversions, and PPO opportunities.
- Maintain industry engagement reports and placement-related dashboards.
- Represent XIME Chennai at corporate meetings and networking events.
- Travel locally to meet companies and maintain regular industry engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.




- MBA/PGDM preferred, particularly in Marketing, HR, Operations, or General Management.
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate relations, placement coordination, industry liaison, business development, or student outreach.
- Candidates from a corporate background with robust industry networks may also be considered.

- Proficiency in MS Office and data tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
