Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Industry Focus
- Generate new business opportunities for ETP, ZLD, STP
- Identify upcoming ZLD, STP and effluent treatment projects.
- Develop recent customers and expand business presence in target industries.

2. Machinery Sales & Solution Development
- Sell complete ETP/ZLD, SLD machinery packages including MEE, evaporators, RO systems, and related equipment.
- Study customer requirements and recommend suitable process solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering team for technical design and proposal accuracy.
- Ensure solution-based selling approach for complex projects.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical meetings.
- Address customer queries and support order finalization process.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

4. After-Sales Service & Project Support
- Coordinate with project and service teams for installation, commissioning, and stabilization.




- Support troubleshooting and operational issues at customer sites.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team.
- Maintain post-order customer engagement and service coordination.

5. Techno-Commercial Sales & Tender Management
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and budgetary offers.
- Handle technical discussions with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Participate in tendering, bidding, and contract finalization.
- Negotiate commercial terms to close profitable orders.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in ETP / ZLD / STP, Wastewater Treatment machinery sales
- Knowledge of MEE, Evaporators, RO, Filtration, and ZLD, STP systems
- Understanding of industrial wastewater treatment processes
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions and customer negotiations
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
