Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in customs, shipping, and freight forwarding services, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure service commitments are met.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, and contributing to sales strategies and targets. The Sales Manager is expected to represent the company professionally, participate in industry networks, and support continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of customs clearance, shipping processes, and freight forwarding operations, preferably within export and import logistics.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain services clearly and handle client queries effectively.
