Role Description
The Business Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for designated business units, ensuring targets are met,
processes run smoothly, and customer experience standards are maintained. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and using insights to drive growth and operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and product to execute strategic initiatives and align on business goals. The Business Manager will also manage stakeholder relationships, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to continuous improvement of policies, workflows, and service delivery.
