Job Summary

The Saviynt Implementation and Support Lead oversees the endtoend delivery of the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud EIC platform The role includes designing workflows onboarding applications leading deployment engineering and managing advanced platform operations and troubleshooting You will lead a hybrid team of developers and support engineers to ensure platform stability security compliance and zero business disruption during system changes

Roles Responsibilities

Implementation Architecture

Solution Deployment Architect design configure and deploy the Saviynt IGA solution to meet specific enterprise security requirements

Application Integration Build maintain and customize outofthebox OOTB and APIbased connectors REST SOAP JDBC to integrate onpremise and cloud target systems 1 2

Identity Lifecycle Management Design automated workflows for user onboarding offboarding crossboarding and birthright access provisioning rules 1





Governance Configuration Set up complex access request systems Segregation of Duties SoD policies and user access certification campaigns

Requirements Gathering Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to collect functional requirements and map them into Saviynt rules and schemas

Operations Platform Support

L3 Escalation Management Handle complex operational incidents perform deepdive debugging and execute root cause analysis RCA 1

Job Task Monitoring Monitor and optimize core platform backend jobs including user aggregations data syncs and provisioning tasks 1

Upgrades Maintenance Lead platform patches version upgrades and performance tuning to maintain overall system health and stability 1

SLA Process Governance Oversee managed operations to ensure incident resolution times adhere strictly to Service Level Agreements SLAs 1

Leadership Delivery

Team Mentorship Provide technical oversight guidance and training to midlevel and junior identity security engineers
