About The Partnership
You will be working side-by-side with me as my trusted, one-on-one partner to build and manage the career of Marionna, an exceptional, rising Pop recording artist. With a high-energy contemporary sound, Marionna performs as a sleek solo act for high-end lounges and with a full live band for festivals and college campuses. This is not a distant corporate job. We are building Marionna’s career, brand, and digital footprint completely from the ground up, and I need a dedicated, invested manager/assistant who is both highly creative and obsessively organized to share a genuine stake in our success.

About The Role
As Marionna’s Personal Assistant & Artist Manager, you will act as the core engine of her brand. Working closely with me every single day, your mission is to help shape her visual presence, manage her daily operations, build our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems, and—most importantly—get her booked on stages.

Key Responsibilities

Bookings & Artist Management (50%): Act as her booking coordinator.



Research and build target lists of US-based music venues, festivals, and college event boards. You will actively reach out via email and phone to pitch Marionna and lock in her initial paid performance contracts.

Creative Content & Brand Growth: Bring fresh creative ideas to the table Collaborate directly with us to design, edit, and schedule engaging content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using Canva and CapCut.

Systems & CRM Organization: Set up and manage our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, build clean pipeline stages, and dispatch regular newsletters to early fans and industry contacts with meticulous attention to detail.

Executive Assistant Support: Manage daily schedules, keep tour and rehearsal calendars organized, ensure the Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is always client-ready, and act as a proactive creative sounding board.
