About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think as well as they design.

This role is for someone who can take a brief, develop a strong creative direction, and bring it to life through compelling visual communication. You’ll be expected to independently manage projects, develop campaign concepts, and create impactful designs across multiple brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Independently manage creative projects from briefing to final delivery.

* Develop concepts and campaign ideas that translate into impactful visual communication.

* Design across a diverse portfolio of brands in industries such as luxury, hospitality, jewellery, lifestyle, healthcare, real estate, and more.

* Create engaging creatives across digital and integrated brand communication, including social media, branding,



marketing collaterals, presentations, and advertising campaigns.

* Translate brand strategy into visually compelling creative solutions.

* Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, strategists, and the creative team to deliver high-quality work.

* Maintain exceptional attention to detail while consistently delivering work of the highest creative standards.

* Mentor and guide junior designers whenever required.

What We’re Looking For

* 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or branding agency.

* Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop campaign ideas—not just execute layouts.

* A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, solid design fundamentals, and versatility across brands.

* Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
