Position: HVAC Service Manager

FREEZECO PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and result-oriented HVAC Service Manager to lead the service division and manage key customer accounts across Odisha and surrounding regions.





The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in HVAC systems along with excellent client management and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage key customer accounts and AMC clients.
- Lead service operations for HVAC systems including troubleshooting, maintenance, and breakdown support.
- Supervise and coordinate service engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend customer meetings and provide technical and commercial support.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for spare parts and technical assistance.
- Prepare quotations, service reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and site coordination.
- Maintain safety standards and operational discipline.
