Role Description
The General Manager – Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role oversees the entire HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for showroom and workshop operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance management and appraisal systems,



handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The General Manager – Human Resources will also lead initiatives in learning and development, succession planning, and talent retention, while partnering with senior leadership to support business objectives and organizational culture. The role requires active engagement on-site with teams, regular interaction with department heads, and timely reporting on HR metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing HR teams and multiple locations.
- Expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
