Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, generating qualified leads, expanding into new markets and industries, and strengthening the company's brand presence. The role also involves planning and executing digital marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. New Customer Acquisition

· Identify and approach potential customers in automotive, industrial, engineering, OEM, and aftermarket segments.

· Develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.

· Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective clients.

2. Lead Generation





· Generate quality sales leads through online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, referrals, and industrial databases.

· Maintain and update the lead pipeline in CRM or MIS.

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and projects.

· Support the sales team with qualified leads and follow-up activities.

3. New Market Development

· Identify opportunities in new geographical markets across India and international regions.

· Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

· Develop market entry strategies for new territories.

· Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners for market expansion.

4. New Industry Penetration

· Explore opportunities in industries such as:

o Automotive

o Construction

o Railways

o Aerospace

o Defence

o Renewable Energy

o Electrical & Electronics
