Role Description
The Research Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, supporting space education and aerospace research initiatives at Aerione Bharat. This position involves conducting structured research,



assisting in laboratory experiments, and supporting data collection and analysis for ongoing projects and student-led space experiments. The Research Assistant will help maintain laboratory equipment and documentation, prepare reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the design and refinement of educational and research programs. The role includes collaborating with educators, researchers, and students, supporting grant and project proposals, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and ethical research standards. The individual will also assist in organizing research activities, workshops, and demonstrations aligned with Aerione Bharat’s mission.

Qualifications
- Robust Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities for interpreting experimental results and research findings.
- Domestic international travel is mandatory.
