Position : Mechanical Engineer / Production Engineer

Profile of candidate :
- Candidate should have handled the fabrication work independently
- Should have knowledge of fabrication process, jigs, fixtures etc.
- Should have hand on experience of erection, installation and testing of manufactured item

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Establish and supervise manufacturing process
2. Preparation of bill of material, product costing.
3. Preparation of manufacturing schedule & material planning
4. Co-ordinate with contractor for timely completion of manufacturing
5. Preparation of material requisition and co-ordinate with Purchase and
store dept.
6. Follow up with vendor for material delivery and service
7. Inspection of inward material for its quality and quantity
8. Generation of quality inspection report and submit to Head
9. Co-ordinate with site for commissioning of machine and review of it's performance as per given specification
10. Improving the product quality and recommend developments required

Bringing attention of Seniors for abnormal and risky operation
12. Support maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance of machine
13. Ensuring safe working practices at shop floor
14. Ensure neatness and cleanliness at shop floor

Key Attributes
- At least 1-6 years experience in Manufacturing and fabrication
- Should be worked on ERP for various operations
- Basic knowledge of computer like Excel, MS word, PPT, e-mails etc..
- Self starter with positive knowledge of products and safety involved.
- Should be able to identify problematic areas and forecast the issues
related manufacturing
- Willing to travel at site whenever job required.
