Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Personal Assistant role based in the Pune Division,



with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to senior team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and appointments, and handling routine correspondence. The role involves maintaining accurate records, organizing files and documentation, preparing basic reports, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth workflow. The Personal Assistant will also assist with follow-ups, meeting preparation, and communication with internal teams, students, and partner institutions in a professional and timely manner. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
