Roles & Responsibilities





Revenue Target

• Achieve 100% Sales Targets & Collections

• Identify opportunities through industry research & inquiries

• Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting key decision makers

• Track progress against sales targets and take corrective action with corporate office if required

• Sales order planning, revenue forecasting, and market expansion planning

• Conduct monthly reviews with the sales team

Team Building

• Drive the team to achieve organizational goals in terms of ethics, revenue & profitability

• Train and mentor sales team on sales strategies, industry insights & product features

Operations

• Travel within India & internationally for sales and customer meetings

• Manage partner & channel relationships

• Work with the marketing team for lead generation

• Represent the company in expos and trade fairs

• Manage project operations from sales closure to execution
