Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Portfolio Business Manager
to lead business development, portfolio management, and team performance within the assigned cluster. The role is responsible for driving MSME/LAP business growth, managing customer relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless loan processing and servicing.

Qualification
- Minimum Graduate.

Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Banking/NBFC/BFSI.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Preferred experience in Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP),& Housing Loans.

Key Skills
- Strong sales, business development, and portfolio management capabilities.
- Sound understanding of MSME lending, mortgage products, and credit assessment.
- Knowledge of property documentation, legal and technical processes, EMI calculations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.




- Familiarity with the local market and business environment.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Computer proficiency and willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales and portfolio targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence through field marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales processes, products, and incentive programs.
- Support team members through joint customer visits and field guidance.

Portfolio Management
- Monitor portfolio quality and coordinate with Collections to ensure healthy portfolio performance.
