Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled
PLC Heavy- Programming Engineer
with at least 4 years of solid automation and commissioning experience to join our core engineering team in our
Delhi Office
.

In this role, you will leverage your hands-on commissioning expertise to lead
in-house system staging, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Heavy- Programming, commissioning, and remote support
for field teams. You will ensure that control panels, PLC programs, HMIs, and drive configurations are 100% verified, simulated, and debugged on our site or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- In-House Testing, Simulation FAT (Core Focus 60%)
- Set up internal test benches, simulation racks, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing for client projects.
- Perform thorough Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) alongside client representatives inside the Delhi facility.
- Execute complete pre-commissioning checks :



control panel internal wiring verification, loop testing, module mapping, and VFD parameter pre-configuration.
- Rigorously simulate field signals (I/O simulation, fault conditions, safety interlocks) to prove out code functionality prior to dispatch.
- PLC / HMI / SCADA Software Development (25%)
- Write, modify, and optimize PLC programs (Siemens TIA Portal / Allen-Bradley / Schneider / Mitsubishi) based on functional design specifications (FDS).
- Design and configure HMI screens, SCADA graphics, alarm logging, and historical trending.
- Establish and test internal communication networks ( Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP ).
- Remote Field Support Documentation (15%)
- Provide remote technical support (via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or telephone) to site commissioning engineers or clients during final cutover.
- Review electrical schematics, PIDs, and control panel layouts to ensure design compliance
