Role & responsibilities
- Evaluate existing workflows and develop more efficient workflows for the future.
- Define and structure processes clearly through BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) diagrams, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend automation solutions.
- Enable staff to understand and implement current processes through training and guidance.
- Increase efficiency by reducing manual work and errors.
- Make sure the processes are grown with the business.
Preferred candidate profile
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and process improvement methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to train teams and drive process adoption.
