Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Mechanical) to oversee the execution of structural steel and piping fabrication, erection, equipment alignment, shutdown, and breakdown activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the agreed project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This opportunity is open to qualified engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute structural steel and piping fabrication and erection activities as per the Purchase Order (PO) scope, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site execution activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Manage equipment alignment, shutdown, breakdown, maintenance, and related mechanical works.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, work permit systems, and plant procedures.
- Monitor daily work progress against project schedules and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with clients,



supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to engineering standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work completion reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
- Manage manpower efficiently, allocate resources effectively, and maintain productivity at the work site.
- Identify technical and operational issues proactively and resolve them with minimal impact on project schedules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical site execution.
