As the organisation expands its engagement with government departments, PSUs, and public-sector training mandates, we are looking for a GeM Tender Executive to manage tender opportunities and support our government sales operations.

Role Summary

The GeM Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant government tenders, managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing documentation, coordinating bid submissions,



and ensuring timely compliance with GeM and other government procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms for relevant tenders and business opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate tenders aligned with the organisation's services and capabilities.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, including bid preparation, EMD requirements, eligibility documents, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain and update the GeM seller profile, service listings, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management for timely bid preparation and submission.
- Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Support participation in GeM bids, L1 opportunities, and Reverse Auctions as required.
