Branch Leadership & Business Growth
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and servicing team at the branch level.
- Drive branch-level growth and profitability by planning and executing business strategies.
- Ensure achievement of sales, renewals, and retention targets assigned by management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion with existing clients.
- Represent the company at key client meetings and industry interactions.

Client Servicing & Key Account Management




- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the region.
- Act as an escalation point for high-value or critical accounts to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor client usage and proactively identify risks of churn, taking preventive measures.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with clients to reinforce value delivery and strengthen partnerships.
- Promote adoption of new services, features, or offerings to maximize client value.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team through field training, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- Set explicit goals for team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
