About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
ERP Executive
to manage and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision) ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP operations, master data management, user support, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders and implementation partners. This role is critical in ensuring smooth ERP operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
- Provide first-level ERP support to end users by resolving functional issues and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Create, update, and maintain Item Master, Vendor Master, and Customer Master data accurately and daily.




- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, user manuals, and functional documentation.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports to support business analysis and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants, business users, and the ERP implementation partner for issue resolution, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment of current functionalities.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide guidance to improve ERP adoption and process compliance.
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and business productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP processes align with business requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP issues, resolutions, and change requests.
