Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial interior fit-out project execution, coordinating with internal departments, clients, and vendors. This role demands high accountability and strong cross-functional management.

Role skills / Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior/Project Manager at Pratik Art Interiors Pvt Ltd.




- Lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with factory, procurement, QS, billing, and clients.
- Track progress, budgets, material flow, and in office timelines.
- Conduct site meetings, manage escalations, and ensure handovers.
- Manage multiple projects at a time.
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills and Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skill.
- Maintain project documentation and deliver client-ready updates.
- Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
