Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Business Intelligence (BI) Manager
to lead our data analytics and reporting function in a fast-paced distribution business. The ideal candidate will leverage data to improve decision-making across procurement, inventory management, sales, logistics, finance, and branch operations.

The role requires expertise in
Power BI, SQL, MIS reporting, and data analytics
, with the ability to develop insightful dashboards, automate reports,



and deliver actionable business intelligence that enhances operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Finance, and Operations.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Build executive dashboards with real-time KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Monitor business trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue, margins, and operational efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.

MIS & Reporting
- Lead the organization's MIS function and ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
- Standardize reporting formats across all departments and branch locations.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across all reports.
