Role Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Accounts to manage overall accounting and financial operations. The role will be responsible for handling compliance for two branches – Mumbai and Goa – and ensuring smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws and statutory requirements for Mumbai & Goa branches
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Handle audits, filings, and regulatory requirements
- Work on ERP systems like SAP and TCS iON
- Maintain strong internal controls and accuracy in financial data
- Support management with financial insights and reports

Requirements:
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge
- Experience in handling compliance and financial reporting
- Well-versed with SAP, ERP modules, and TCS iON
- Good Excel and analytical skills
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
