Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, inventory management, team handling, and home delivery operations. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, a positive attitude, and sound knowledge of the Grocery and Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) category.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store sales operations.
- Monitor and control inventory to minimize stock loss and ensure product availability.
- Supervise and coordinate home delivery operations for timely customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Ensure proper merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.




- Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or supermarket operations.
- Good knowledge of Grocery and Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) products.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Experience in handling home delivery operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Positive personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
