About the Role

This role goes beyond traditional HR.

We're looking for someone who can identify excellent talent, build strong teams, create a positive work culture, and work closely with leadership to ensure we continue attracting and retaining the best people in the industry.

If you've worked in an events, experiential marketing, exhibition, activation, or agency environment,



you'll already understand the speed and ownership this role demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Operations, Client Servicing, Business Development, Creative, Production, and Technology teams.
- Own the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to confirmations, engagement, and exits.
- Build strong recruitment pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, consultants, and industry networks.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help strengthen Magictap's work culture.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance are implemented effectively.
- Support performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
- Work closely with leadership on manpower planning and organizational growth.
- Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
