Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bhopal Area. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Brandqube Communication’s printing, branding, advertising, and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold outreach,



meeting with potential and existing clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated, campaigns are delivered on time, and client expectations are met. The role also involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or branding services, preferably in print, outdoor advertising, event branding, or digital marketing.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify prospects, and develop effective outreach and pitch strategies.
