About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Growth & Content Strategist to help manage, improve, and grow multiple social media accounts.

This is not a basic “post on Instagram” role.

We need someone who understands hooks, engagement, short-form video, thumbnails, captions, research, content strategy, lead magnets, AI tools, automation, and how social media connects directly to website conversions and business growth.

The right person knows how to study what is working online, research competitor accounts, identify patterns, improve content ideas, and turn attention into leads, traffic, and conversions.

You should be able to look at a post and explain why it worked, why it failed, and how to make the next one better.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching successful social media accounts and identifying content patterns, hooks, formats, trends, and opportunities
- Improving post ideas, captions, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and CTAs for stronger engagement




- Suggesting new content angles based on what is working across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Helping manage and schedule content across multiple accounts
- Using tools like Metricool to schedule, monitor, and analyze performance
- Using ManyChat or similar tools to build simple DM automations, lead capture flows, and engagement campaigns
- Creating or improving lead magnets using AI and other tools while making sure the final result feels polished, original, and high-quality
- Helping create robust thumbnails and visual concepts for posts and short-form videos
- Reviewing analytics to identify what content should be repeated, improved, stopped, or tested
- Understanding the link between traffic sources, website behavior, landing pages, and conversions
- Communicating clearly about what is working, what is not working, and what should happen next
