About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including mid-to-senior and leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive timely closures.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS/HRMS records.

Requirements:




- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in leadership hiring and stakeholder management preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
