✔ Ability to independently handle tenders end-to-end

? Role Overview

• GEM Portal bidding, catalog & BOQ handling

• Government / PSU E-Tender filing

• Tender document preparation, uploading & tracking

• Coordination till tender award & order execution

? Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Basic Salary

• Performance-based Incentives — payable after tender is awarded, sales are finalized, and order is successfully dispatched
