Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating revenue, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, referrals, field visits, digital platforms, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM software.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or B2B sales.
