To be successful as a Software Engineer – Lead you should have experience with:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in Core java and Spring framework.
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Gitlab or Jenkins, Jira workflow.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
