Role & Responsibilities

At CoralSearch, you'll gain hands-on experience in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition by working on live hiring assignments across diverse industries. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition.

During your internship, you will:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Learn the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Develop professional communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
