Role Description

The Career Counsellor will support students in understanding their strengths, exploring career options, and interpreting AI-generated diagnostic reports.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, explaining assessment outcomes in accessible language, and guiding learners and families through educational and career planning. The role involves collaborating with educators and internal teams to refine counseling processes, providing feedback on platform insights, and contributing to workshops or orientation programs. This is a contract, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular interaction with students, guardians, and school partners.

Qualifications
