CTC Range: 6,00,000 – 8,40,000 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Objective 1: Drive Sales Volume & Territory Growth
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure primary and secondary sales volumes through quick wins.
• Drive market share increase through consistent dealer engagement and current DBP (Direct Billing Partner) acquisition.
Objective 2: Strengthen Channel & Dealer Network Expansion (DBP – Direct Billing Partner)
• Identify, onboard, and activate LMEM-DBPs as per business potential.
• Strengthen existing channel relationships through regular connects, credit management, and performance reviews.
• Ensure 90% active DBP retention rate across the territory.
Objective 3: Financial Discipline, Market Intelligence & Reporting




• Achieve 95% collection efficiency with zero critical outstanding beyond credit limit.
• Maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) within the approved limit.
• Submit accurate market intelligence reports on a weekly basis.
Objective 4: Drive Financer On-boarding & Monitoring
• Expand presence in high-potential towns through new financer appointments and DBP onboarding.
• Monitor and grow finance cases by facilitating them.
• Identify growth opportunities through local market insights and competitor tracking.
Objective 5: Ensure Customer & Channel Partner Satisfaction
• Maintain 90% satisfaction score in dealer feedback surveys.
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and service issues within 72 hours, in coordination with Service & CRM teams.
• Drive loyalty programs and promotional schemes effectively at the field level.
