Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support our executives in business development activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales operations, manage client communications, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily business development activities.





•Schedule client meetings and follow up on leads.

•Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports.

•Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline.

•Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.

•Conduct market research and maintain prospect databases.

•Prepare meeting minutes and sales reports.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

•2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Executive Coordination.

•Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).

•Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

•Solid organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Pay ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
