Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings using
AutoCAD
.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and contractors.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimates.
- Monitor construction progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Resolve technical issues at the site in consultation with the project team.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and site records.
- Support quality inspections and ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate effectively with local authorities, workers, and stakeholders in
Marathi
when required.
