English US - Business Analyst P0 Evals

Short-Term Contractor Assignment (12 16 Weeks)

Compensation:
$17 per hour

Location:
Remote

Commitment:
Up to 40 hours per week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for relevance, accuracy, and personalization.
- Compare multiple AI-generated outputs and identify the most effective response.
- Identify personalization issues, inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and missing context.
- Provide clear, objective evaluation feedback while following project guidelines.
- Ensure data privacy and maintain strict confidentiality standards.
- Meet productivity and quality targets in a remote work environment.

Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English (US).
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Quality Assurance,



Customer Success, Data Analysis, Content Review, or a related analytical field
- Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account used for professional communication.
- Gmail display language and the majority of inbox emails must be in English (US), with a well-established business inbox containing approximately 1,000+ emails.
- Willing to use your primary business account and sign the required consent form.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication.
- Reliable desktop/laptop with a reliable internet connection.
