(www.orgro.world) is a Hyderabad-based management consulting firm, operating since 2018, that helps organisations grow their people, processes, and performance. Across our three practices — Capability Building, Smart-er HR, and Operations Excellence (MAXO) — we design leadership programmes, HR diagnostics, skilling frameworks, and manufacturing-excellence interventions for clients across pharma manufacturing, EPC and infrastructure, engineering, and industrial sectors. We're now looking for someone to help us run the engine.

**What you'll do**

The Operations Executive is our internal jack-of-all-trades — the person who keeps client programs moving, brand assets flowing, business development ticking, and learning operations humming. Working directly with our Directors and Practice Leads across:

▪ Company branding — posters, newsletters, LinkedIn,



YouTube

▪ Business development — CRM (Zoho Bigin), outreach, proposals

▪ Program coordination — client delivery, sessions, closures

▪ Learning operations — assessments (Pro Profs), Zoho Books, MIS

**Who you are**

▪ Any Graduate (BA / B.Com / BBA / MBA / other) — completed, or in the final year of the programme

▪ 0–2 years of work experience, Candidates re-starting their careers after a break are welcome

▪ Fluent in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus)

▪ Based in Hyderabad — the role is fully remote, though you'd occasionally join us in person for meetings and sessions

▪ Self-driven, take ownership, and love to learn
