Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bakery Chef Commi 2 & 3 role based at the Chembur location in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and baking a variety of bakery products such as breads, cookies,



pastries, and other baked goods in line with Blue Tokai’s quality standards. Responsibilities include handling daily mise en place, following recipes and production schedules, ensuring proper food storage and hygiene, and assisting senior chefs in developing and testing new menu items. The Bakery Chef Commi 2 & 3 will maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section, adhere to food safety and sanitation norms, and help manage inventory of ingredients and supplies. The role also requires collaborating with the café team to ensure timely production, consistent presentation, and a smooth service experience for guests.
